Here is Part 2 of the slideshow from Kim and Mike’s wedding. We had so much fun at Kim and Mike’s wedding. They are such a fun couple and were always up for doing silly photos with us which is great. Kim and Mike seem to have a lightness to their relationship which I think really helps in a marriage. It’s great to be able to have fun in any situation with your spouse. Kevin and I have that in our marriage and it’s great to see that in Mike and Kim too. Thank you Kim and Mike for being so great to work with. It has been amazing to get to know you both over the past several months and we wish you all the best in the years to come. Thanks to Fundamental Elements for the great song. Hope you enjoy!

A little while ago, we created a collage wall portrait for the Book family. Thomas had wanted a nice photo of his family for his office so we created this for them. I love how Kevin made the photos different sizes and used the brown from the children’s clothing for the borders.

Kevin and I might be teaching a photography class in the Spring.  What kinds of things would you like to learn about your digital camera or photography in general?  We would love to hear your input.  I wanted to include this photo just to remind everyone that there are warmer days to come . . .

We photographed this family at a park near their house.   This was such a great family to work with.  They were funny and easy going and just a lot of fun to be around.

We have a soft spot for their beagle, Lucy, because we have a beagle too.  Lucy was incredibly obedient all day and made the sweetest expressions.

I love this sweet moment between Steven and Laura.  They’ve been married 14 years in January and they still look so in love with each other.

The family ordered a gallery wrapped canvas of this one for their living room.  Looking forward to hanging it for them within the next couple of weeks.

We could tell this family loved being around each other and spending time together.  It’s nice to be around a family like that.  It’s hard to put in words how great of a session this was.  Some people you meet and feel blessed to get to know them more and that’s how I felt after this session.   Thanks Steve and Lara for being so great to work with!
